17 Jan 2008 I'm bitterly disappointed in the way Republicans have allowed tens of BILLIONS of our tax dollars to be wasted in the last seven years. Why have "ear marks" gone un-checked? Where's the difference between democRATS and republicans? Where are the CONSERVATIVES? Who do you think we will vote for in November? We've asked for lower taxes, drastically cutting down "ear marks," a consumer tax (some call it the fair tax - they're are not the same), reforming social security and NOT PAYING ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS money from social security, etc etc. None of this has been accomplished by Congress in the past six years. I have been voting for over 20 years, and plan to vote this year.

Congressman Flake is my representative and a distant relative through a polygamous Mormon ancestor - though we have never met. I am Republican since day one and have never voted Democrat. But Flake will not get my vote in the Republican Primary in September due to his hitching up with McCain-Kennedy to give amnesty to illegals.

I told them that they were pigs. I then said Flake challenges your leadership abilities and that Flake would wipe the floor with the so-called leaders. The office staff was not receptive to my ideas and they had a nasty demeanor.

I have met Rep.Flake and he is solid on this issue.I called the entire list. I have never done this before. I think it is a function of having of having Rep. Flake at Club for Growth events and getting Club for Growth updates.
