| anthony todd | mansfield, OH | January 28, 2008 | x |
| Marilyn McCracken | Bellflower, CA | January 28, 2008 | Jeff Flake is the one person who is dedicated to removing the pork and the costly earmarks that Congressionals are so fond of taking credit for in their homestate. |
| Kim Kartchner | Mesa, AZ | January 27, 2008 | Jeff Flake is an excellent choice for the apropriations Comittee. He is truly dedicated through his past history. He will help problems such as balancing the budget . He is someone we can trust to get the job done... |
| Andrew Compton | Mesa, AZ | January 27, 2008 | Jeff Flake is excellent choice to fill the vacancy on the Appropriations Committee. His appointment would signal that the Republican Party is truly committed to reforming its ways and returning to fiscal conservatism. |
| Brian Hull | WASHINGTON, DC | January 27, 2008 | x |
| Bill Eastland | Arlington, TX | January 27, 2008 | I am a Republican Precinct Chair, long-time activist and was an Alternate Delegate to the 2000 National Convention. We lost the '06 election because conservative friends of ours refused to vote for a party that had broken its promises. If we regain power, we must seriously cut spending, balance the budget and stop earmarks for good. Please appoint Jeff Flake to Appropriations as a step in that direction. The activists are getting beat up out here in the trenches and you guys aren't helping us! Please, do the right thing. |
| Stephen Laws | Vancouver, WA | January 27, 2008 | I am with Donald Sperry. Thanks for your comment, it says enough!!! |
| Kim Robinson | Gilbert, AZ | January 27, 2008 | x |
| Donald Sperry | Tucson, AZ | January 27, 2008 | It's about time we had a true conservative who has demonstrated his conservative credentials with a record to back them up. If the House Republicans don't listen to the people and put Jeff on the Appropriations committee, we will not support them nor will we help to get them reelected. As a precinct committee person, that is one of my responsibilities - to get our candidates elected. I have called thousands of republicans to do just that, but those days are over if you don't get our message. |
| Calvin Millyard | Queen Creek, AZ | January 27, 2008 | Hi As I was thinking of a problem that I am afraid is coming our way and I hope we are smart enough to avoid it. Not knowing quite what to do with it so here, make it Flake. I have heard that at sometime and place the oil companies or the government or both decided that we should stop drilling and pumping our own oil reserves to save our resources and import what use to be cheep oil from other countries. I think that in this day and age this is about as out dated as the horse and buckboard. After we have paid the current high prices (because we can) and made others richer than Kings, and before they have to buy oil from us at inflated prices (because they can't) either they will try to take us over to get it or more likely some other technology developing nation will develop the alternate sources of fuel and make all our horded oil less needed and of greatly deflated value and we will lose the chance to be on the leading edge of the alternative fuel development instead of having a potential export we will be once again importing from some one else. I hope that this country will get on with producing as many alternatives to fossil fuels as possible and also star...[trimmed for length] |
| John Jordan | Vernon, AL | January 27, 2008 | Not just "Yes," Congressman but "Yes, Yes, and Yes." Go for it. Rap some knuckles. Bust some heads. Call it like you see it right out loud in front of as many cameras as possible. Name names. Make no bones about it. Pull no punches. Call 'em all the crooks and bent-willies that they are. People are gettin' fed up...'waaaaay up. Don't wait until the Sleeping Giant wakes. Once awakened, he won't return to slumber until Big Changes have been made. Your website is surely a step toward "peaceful revolution." Don't quit. |

| Michael Komenda | Cambridge, MA | January 26, 2008 | Let's return to fiscal responsibility! |
| Paul Desotelle | Denmark, WI | January 26, 2008 | Earmarks are nothing more than coruption, the buying of votes is and always has been fraud. It needs to be stopped, congress is there to do what is best for America not to further any one individual's or groups adgenda. Like others I have also cut back my political contributions since it seems we have lost our conservative ways. I think this is reflected in the amouns the current campaings are able to generate vs the liberals. Now's the time to get back an track and start with cutting all earmarks. The american people deserve better than what they are currently getting from congress. Stand up for whats right with words and actions and the rest will take care of itself. |
| Ryan Nelson | River Forest, IL | January 26, 2008 | x |
| Michael Carver | Wichita Falls, TX | January 26, 2008 | If you are truly committed to the health of our nation and its future, please do the following. First, bring back Reagan conservatism and quit wasting OUR MONEY on useless pork. Your one year moritorium on earmarks is a good start. Secondly, dust off Newts Contract with America and enact ALL of it. Finally, stop acting like Democrats. |
| Joseph Pisani | Medford, NY | January 26, 2008 | Stop behaving like democrats! I have stopped contributing to your party and will not do so until you get your act together and do what you know is right for the country. Start behaving like real conservatives and not politicians pandering for the only purpose of reelection.Fight for what you know is right and our country will be better for it. Thank You. |
| Stephen King | Martinez, CA | January 26, 2008 | It's time to back up your talk with the best candidate for the appropriations committee. Now prove it by appointing Jeff Flake. Thank You, |
| Doug Knoles | Mesa, AZ | January 25, 2008 | ****Congratualtions on the announcement to put a one year moritorium on earmarks! Fantastic move. Now make sure to show the country you are 100% behind spending reform. Place Jeff Flake on the HAC today! |
| Robert McKenna | Littleton, CO | January 25, 2008 | It is refreshing to see someone with the courage to stand up against Pork spending and on the side of taxpayers! The outrage against Republicans trying to outspend Democrats is one of the main reasons we lost both the House and the Senate in the last elections. We need Jeff Flake on the Appropriations Committee to lead this fight. It's time for Republican leaders to stand up for those who send them to Washington--Jeff Flake can and will lead this fight! |
| Herb Kaiser | Rumson, NJ | January 25, 2008 | x |
| David and Jo Ann Miller | BONITA SPRINGS, FL | January 25, 2008 | It will be a sad day if Jeff Flake is not appointed to the Appropriations Committee. His appointment would be one positive message to all of us Republicans that finally we are heading in the right direction. |
| John Dziurlaj | Munroe Falls, OH | January 25, 2008 | x |
| Gail Givens | Winnemucca, NV | January 25, 2008 | Please consider and place Jeff Flake on the Appropriations Committee. |
| Karen Stewart | Milford, OH | January 25, 2008 | We su pport Jeff Flake for the Appropriations Committee -- it's time for Republicans in D.C. to act like Republicans and stop the wild spending! |
| A G Peterson | Farmersville, CA | January 25, 2008 | I support Jeff Flake for the Appropriations Committee |
| Don Bebee | Liberty Hill, TX | January 25, 2008 | Please place Jeff Flake on the Appropriations Committee. The wisdom of fiscal conservatism exampled by our Founding Fathers and those others who have followed in their footsteps is that which preserves the true justice and liberty which we inherited from them. Since it is an incontrovertible principle of life that the borrower is servant to the lender, if our Congress does not do the right thing by the American people in this generation, then in exchanging liberty for license, the American family will end up being international indentured servants. |
| Katherine M. Kelly | Amana, IA | January 25, 2008 | x |
| Dan Fitzgerald | Falls Church, VA | January 25, 2008 | There is no rational reason to even _have_ a Republican party if it's going to outspend the Democrats. |
| John Hogue | Irving, TX | January 25, 2008 | It is time for Congress to put on the long pants and get back to the business of running the Federal government, not passing pork back home to curry favor. |
| Dennis White | Woodbridge, VA | January 25, 2008 | This is the guy who will stand by "What would Reagan do?" Give us the guy who will get it done... |
| Diane Brow | Sun City, AZ | January 25, 2008 | Please appoint Rep Flake to the appropriations committee. I don't vote for conservative republicans so that they can "get along with", "come to a concensus with" or "compromise with" the liberal democrats. I vote for conservatives in the hope that they will completely defeat liberalism. I'm for leaving a couple of liberals in office just so that we will never forget what they're like, but otherwise, I'm for their utter defeat (in the nicest possible way). |
| Maria OBrien | Front Royal, VA | January 25, 2008 | We need fiscal responsibility in DC. |

| Benji Dyches | Bradenton, FL | January 25, 2008 | The American people are sick and tired of self serving politicos who stand for nothing and then expect our vote. It is time to get back to conservative principles not republican needs! I fully support Rep. Flake's appointment to the appropriation's committee. |

| Leland R. Nichols | Eureka, MT | January 25, 2008 | The Republican party has lost sight of what the american people want :Fiscal restraint with honesty. Both parties have lost all semblence of having either - with a few outstanding exceptions. Jeff Flake is one those exceptions. Appoint Jeff Flake to the House Appropriations Committee. |
| eileen flynn | san diego, CA | January 25, 2008 | We Want Jeff Flake!!!! |
| Arthur Monahan | Brentwood, NY | January 25, 2008 | Jeff Flake is one of the shining lights of the Republican Party. He is intellectually sharp and a good spokesperson. I listen intently when he is on C-SPAN. I also caught in on the Bill Maher show, a biased venue for a Conservative Republican, and he did great. |
| Joseph Chapman | Gilbert, AZ | January 25, 2008 | x |
